Can I ride along with my pet?
Rita Ranch Pet Taxi is a pet-only transport service. For safety, liability, and insurance reasons, we do not permit people to ride along.
How do I book a ride?
To request a ride, just call or text directly. You’ll receive a confirmation and updates once your pet is on board. Online booking coming soon!
What forms of payments are accepted?

Do you transport more than one pet at a time?
Never. Each ride is private — your pet will never be mixed with other households for safety and comfort.
Do you serve dogs and cats?
Yes! We transport both dogs and cats. Let us know your pet’s needs when booking so we can prepare the space properly.
Can I request a ride on weekends or after hours?
Yes, we offer emergency and off-hours transport when available. Weekend or holiday requests may include a small surcharge.
Are treats and water provided?
We can provide water or a small treat upon request and with your permission. Please let us know if your pet has any allergies or preferences.
